Introduction 
Dessalines Designs * Empire Legacy Movement is a brand and cultural movement inspired by the imperial heritage of 1804, the year of the proclamation of the Empire of Haiti by Jean-Jacques Dessalines. The initiative seeks to express the pride, strength, and vision of the builders of the first Black independent and imperial nation in the world through clothing, art, and cultural creations.

Objectives

1. Highlight the imperial heritage of Haiti and the African diaspora by sharing powerful symbols of resistance, unity, and dignity.

2. Inspire pride in identity through original creations that tell history and motivate future generations.

3. Promote cultural and artistic excellence by drawing from the historical and spiritual roots of the Haitian people.

4. Bring together a conscious community around the memory of Dessalines and the ideal of sovereignty he embodied.

5. Support educational and social initiatives related to history, culture, and the empowerment of people.

Dessalines Designs – Empire Legacy Movement, est une marque et un mouvement culturel inspirés par l’héritage impérial de 1804, date de la proclamation de l’Empire d’Haïti par Jean-Jacques Dessalines. 

L’initiative vise à traduire la fierté, la force et la vision des bâtisseurs de la première Nation Noire indépendante et impériale du monde, à travers des créations vestimentaires, artistiques et culturelles.

Objectifs

Valoriser l’héritage impérial haïtien et afrodescendant en diffusant des symboles forts de résistance, d’unité et de dignité.

Transmettre un message de fierté identitaire à travers des créations originales qui racontent l’histoire et inspirent les générations futures.

Promouvoir l’excellence culturelle et artistique en puisant dans les racines historiques et spirituelles du peuple haïtien.

Fédérer une communauté consciente autour de la mémoire de Dessalines et de l’idéal de souveraineté qu’il incarne.

Soutenir des initiatives éducatives et sociales liées à l’histoire, la culture et l’émancipation des peuples.
